Job summary

FleetPride, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician for a Monday-Friday day shift, with a pay rate up to $35/hr plus monthly commission bonuses. This is a mid-level technician capable of servicing a wide range of diesel systems on semi-trucks.

You will work with service managers and customers, provide your own tools, and contribute to efficient, safe repairs. The role includes ongoing training, career advancement, and company benefits such as health plans, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of diesel experience on semi-trucks preferred.
• Good communication with service manager, service writer and customers about jobs in progress.
• Ability to provide your own tools and tool box.
• Driven to work efficiently and safely to provide the best service.
• Skilled in preventative maintenance, air systems, electrical diagnosis and repairs, starting systems, brakes, wheel ends, coolant systems, some AC diagnostics and repairs, steering/alignment issues, drivetrain diagnostics and repairs, removing/replacing differentials, after treatment systems and more.

Diesel Technician:

This is FleetPride's medium level of technician who will be able to work on most things that come in the door!
