Job summary

IQ Resource Group, Inc. is seeking 2nd Shift Diesel Technicians in De Pere, WI to troubleshoot and repair diesel trucks and their systems. You’ll work hands-on with tools and tech, handling preventive maintenance and overhauls while contributing to a team that values solid work.

The position offers solid pay, growth potential, and perks; wage is $25–$32 per hour based on experience, with a 12:30pm–9:00pm shift and overtime available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Wisconsin Driver’s License (CDL preferred).
• Previous diesel or heavy equipment repair experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair diesel truck systems.
• Perform engine work, drive systems, and accessories.
• Complete maintenance and service logs.
• Maintain safe, clean work areas.
• Maintain professionalism with coworkers and customers.
• Stay current on industry repair practices.

Position: Diesel Technician

Wage: $25–$32/hr, based on experience

Shift: 12:30pm–9:00pm (Overtime available)

Job Summary:

In this hands-on role, you’ll troubleshoot and repair diesel trucks and their systems using a variety of tools and tech. You’ll handle everything from preventive maintenance to major overhauls—all while working with a team that knows the value of solid work and solid people.
