Job summary

FleetPride is hiring a Diesel Technician II in Stevens Point, WI to diagnose and repair a wide range of heavy-duty trucks and trailers—from routine PMs to complex engine and aftertreatment work.

This role offers a Monday–Friday day shift with up to $35/hour plus monthly bonuses, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits from day one, plus opportunities for career advancement and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of heavy-duty truck/trailer repair experience preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Willingness to coach and assist other technicians.
• Strong communication skills with managers, service writers, customers, and teammates.
• Own tools and toolbox.
• CDL is a plus, but not required.

This is our advanced-level technician role for someone who can confidently diagnose and repair a wide variety of heavy-duty trucks and trailers — from routine PMs to complex engine, electrical, drivetrain, and aftertreatment repairs.

What We're Looking For:
