Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a skilled automotive technician to troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues, assist customers with roadside services, and perform preventative maintenance. You will work a rotating day/night schedule and place customer safety first.

Qualifications

• Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds in close quarters.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love's)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair light mechanical issues including wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, or engine components
• Assist customers with roadside services
• Provide preventative maintenance services
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of customers first, complying with company safety policies and procedures
