The pay is $22.50 per hour, with eligibility for certifications and quarterly bonuses. No experience is required, and the position includes benefits such as medical, dental, and vision after 30 days, PTO, 401(k) match, and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Zero to one year mechanical experience with diesel engines preferred.
• Proficiency in English written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated customer service skills and safety awareness.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move heavy duty vehicles into/out of yard, wash bay, or shop.
• Perform multi-point inspections and report issues to the shop.
• Maintain fuel island area and assist with basic facility maintenance.
• Complete Technician Training Development Program requirements and assessments.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
