Job summary

LS Tractor USA is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to assist dealers and customers with diesel engine, hydraulic, and electrical questions. You will diagnose issues, share best practices, and improve resolution times in collaboration with LS Technicians and Service Managers.

Role requires strong communication, problem solving, and proficiency with diagnostic tools. Travel to dealer locations for training or field support may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years diesel technical experience as a Diesel Technician with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Experience with LS Diagnostic Tool (EVCI) or other diagnostic tools
• Strong written and verbal communication for case documentation and coordination
• Proven problem solving with a customer-focused approach
• Experience communicating with customers by phone and in writing
• Familiarity with financial principles to improve service processes and performance
• Experience analyzing data and generating reports
• Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities

• Assist LS Technicians, Service Managers and shop staff to diagnose and repair problems
• Document information clearly and concisely for cases
• Coordinate cases between dealers and LS teams as needed
• Support creation of Technical Information Bulletins
• Review weekly case solution reports with the team
• Communicate processes to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of engines, hydraulics and electrical systems
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote access
• Use LS tools and portals to diagnose and coordinate service visits
• Identify training needs with location Service Managers/Advisors/Foreman
