Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience.
• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills.
• Technical certification in automotive and/or diesel engine repair preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose routine problems with customer’s equipment.
• Identify and order parts necessary to complete repairs and routine maintenance.
• Perform routine repairs on customer’s equipment and replace parts as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment per guidelines and schedules.
• Complete work orders and time sheets accurately and timely.
• Consult with supervisor for diagnosis accuracy and repair approvals.
• Assist senior technicians on larger jobs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to quality standards and safety procedures.
