Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose routine problems with customer's equipment.
• Identify and order parts necessary to complete repairs and routine maintenance.
• Perform routine repairs on customer's equipment and replace parts as needed.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment according to guidelines and schedules.
• Complete work orders/time sheets legibly, accurately, and timely.
• Consult with supervisor for diagnostic accuracy and repair approval.
• Assist senior technicians on larger jobs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to established quality standards and safety procedures.
