Job summary

Boss Shop is seeking an Entry Level Shop Technician to perform entry level mechanical repairs in a timely and professional manner. You will be part of a team that invests in training and offers a clear path for growth, with hands-on experience across preventive maintenance, tire and electrical work, and roadside service.

This role involves completing training programs, maintaining shop organization, following safety policies, and providing friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• DOT Medical Card required to work at Boss Shops.
• Ability to obtain ASE, DOT and other relevant certifications as required.
• Successful completion of internal technician training programs.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventative maintenance services, including oil changes, lubrication, and filter replacement.
• Greases trucks and trailers; performs tire repair and related services.
• Conducts basic electrical diagnosis and repairs (lighting, wiring, 7-way).
• Maintains cleanliness and organization of shop areas and ensures tools are properly maintained.
• Completes work orders with labor, parts and customer information; provides friendly customer service.
