Qualifications

• Degree in diesel technology or related field.
• 2–4 years of diesel technician experience.
• Leadership experience in a shop preferred.
• Must be able to work at least one weekend day per month.
• Ability to foster a high-performance work environment through strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Schneider company shop to improve equipment availability and repair decisions.
• Manage maintenance costs and parts inventory.
• Assign work to technicians and maintain open communication with staff.
• Perform live work order and performance audits for shop associates.
• Set and monitor shop performance goals for the team.
