Job summary

Ditch Witch is seeking a skilled field technician to diagnose, service and repair construction equipment for customers. You will use advanced diagnostic tools to pinpoint issues, perform repairs, and ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong customer service, dependability, and the ability to work well in a team or independently. Candidates should have a technical or associate degree (or equivalent experience) and be prepared to operate in variable weather

Qualifications

• Technical or associate degree preferred; 5 to 7 years of industry experience for experienced applicants; technical degree for entry-level applicants.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with software programs.
• Able to read and understand electrical/hydraulic schematics and service manuals.
• Experience with welding and fabrication tools; possess hand and air tools in metric & standard sizes.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company, diagnose, service and repair customer and company equipment.
• Demonstrate strong diagnostic ability and use advanced tools to identify root causes.
• Maintain dependable, timely service with professional appearance and organized vehicles.
• Work independently or in a team to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
