Job summary

Isuzu Veterans Apprenticeship Program (IVAP) invites qualified military veterans with mechanical experience to begin a rewarding career as an Isuzu Service Technician Apprentice in a dealership setting. You will support service operations, learn through on-the-job training, and work toward apprenticeship and certification requirements.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience in diesel, automotive, or heavy equipment maintenance and can transition military skills into civilian Isuzu technician

Qualifications

• Experience in wheeled vehicle maintenance or diesel mechanics preferred.
• Hands-on mechanical experience in any of the listed areas.
• Ability to provide work references and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of Isuzu commercial vehicles.
• Work alongside dealership service teams and participate in on-the-job learning.
• Complete program-related apprenticeship requirements and earn certifications.
