Job summary

SancoThermoking is seeking a mobile service technician to repair and maintain refrigeration systems and APUs at customer sites. You will diagnose issues, communicate with customers, and collaborate with service writers, drivers, and leadership to resolve problems efficiently.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a DOT physical. Strong mechanical aptitude and clear written and verbal communication are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on refrigeration systems and APUs.

• Collaborate with service writers, parts representatives, drivers, and leadership.
• Communicate effectively with customers and maintain positive relationships.
• Complete work promptly to meet efficiency goals.
• Maintain paperwork and submit upon completion of work.
• Complete training and meet requirements for certifications.
