Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, diagnostics, and full-scale repairs on refrigeration units and APUs for a wide range of commercial fleet vehicles.
• Collaborate daily with Service Writers, leadership team, parts department, drivers, vendors, and customers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to explain findings and provide recommendations.
• Submit accurate and timely paperwork, ensuring every job is documented to company standards.
