$28 - $42+ / hour

Job Responsibilities:

This individual will be responsible for the effective repair of machinery and components, ensuring high quality work completed safely, professionally, and timely. Depending on expertise, the Service Technician may work under supervision. The role requires performing quality work efficiently and profitably, with occasional overtime and weekend work.

Specific duties include:

  • Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service equipment as assigned
  • Document repairs, parts, and fluids used on work orders
  • Maintain a clean work area and care for tools and equipment
  • Identify and communicate solutions for customer service opportunities
  • Maintain technical knowledge of equipment sold within the dealership
  • Follow safety rules and company policies
  • Represent the company professionally to customers and the community
  • Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Engage in communication efforts like meetings and huddles
  • Maintain positive relationships with colleagues and management
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent mechanical skills
  • Trade-specific tooling including hand and pneumatic tools
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to assemble and maintain equipment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Graduation from a related diesel technology program preferred
  • Valid work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship
