Job summary

Miller Transportation Group is seeking an experienced Diesel Service Manager for the Brockton, MA shop. You will lead a team of technicians, overseeing maintenance and repair of a fleet of refrigerated trucks, tractors, and trailers while ensuring cost controls and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in heavy truck maintenance, strong leadership and mechanical skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing a Heavy Truck Maintenance shop.
• Experience leading a team of diesel mechanics maintaining a heavy truck fleet.
• A customer focused mindset.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skill set.

Responsibilities

• Manage the maintenance and repair of a fleet of refrigerated trucks, tractors, and trailers.
