Qualifications

• 3 years of diesel truck repairs experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in appointment scheduling
• Addressing customer issues
• Obtaining customer information (vehicle data, payment verification, and credit status)
• Opening and closing repair orders
• Writing detailed descriptions of all repairs performed
• Contacting the customer immediately upon repair completion
