Qualifications

• Strong ability to read and apply information from manuals and blueprints.
• PA Class 3 Inspection License and qualification for Federal DOT inspections.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Commitment to earning OEM/federal certifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Custom installations & fabrication to client specs.
• Diagnostics & repairs using OEM software and tools.
• Precise electrical harness routing and component installation.
• Manage parts and repair documentation in DMS / Dealer Portal.
• Mentor entry-level apprentices.
• Maintain OSHA safety and Lockout/Tagout protocols.
