Job summary

CTI, Inc. is seeking full-time Diesel Mechanics to join the fleet maintenance team in Curtiss/Benson, AZ. The role offers hourly pay ranging from $20.00 to $26.00 per hour, plus additional pay for certified welders or CDL holders.

Benefits include a $300 quarterly safety bonus, tool allowance, boot reimbursements, and weekly pay via direct deposit. Day shift runs Monday to Friday, with standard 7:00am–4:30pm hours; multiple terms may apply.

Qualifications

• 1 year of diesel or heavy equipment experience preferred; more experience considered with possible training
• Must have own set of tools and toolbox
• Valid Driver License and 18+ years of age
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose & repair

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair diesel and non-diesel engines and related equipment
• Diagnose and repair tractors, trailers, generators, and other equipment
• Operate mid-level mechanical tools and assist in maintenance tasks
