Amerit Fleet Solutions is looking for a Fleet Technician/Mechanic to join our Phoenix, AZ team. You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on fleet vehicles, ensuring they run reliably.

The position offers a competitive pay of $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, weekly pay, and full benefits starting within 30 days. Successful candidates will have over 5 years of experience in automotive and diesel maintenance, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience performing automotive and diesel vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and personal tools required.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on light to medium duty fleet vehicles.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues.
• Conduct inspections to ensure safety and compliance standards.
