Job summary

Dog House Trailer Repairs & 24/7 Roadside Service llc is seeking a Diesel Mechanic to diagnose and repair diesel motors across trucks, trailers, and related equipment. You should be comfortable using shop software and performing thorough inspections to ensure quality repairs.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, road-side experience, welding ability, and a clean driving record. On-call rotations include one week and one weekend per month.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communications skills are required.
• Road Side Experience Required for road technician applicants.
• Welding Experience Required.
• 15 plus years Truck Repair Experience Required.
• Must have Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
• Must be able to be on call one week and one weekend a month.

Responsibilities

• Use your expertise and diagnostic tools to evaluate vehicle malfunction codes.
• Must be able to answer calls and react in a swift manor.
• Must be able to work on the side of the road or on customers lots if applying to be a road technician.
• Conduct in-depth truck inspections of all systems.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Convey necessary trailer repair information to customers in a clear and concise manner.
