Job Details

• $20.00 per hour
• 4-day work week: Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm

Job Description

Assist in troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and modifying company vehicles and equipment, including tractors, trailers, refrigeration, and air conditioning units. Perform preventative maintenance, structural repairs, and road service duties, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Communicate professionally with co-workers and perform duties to support the organization.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedules, perform safety checks, and prepare for operations.
• Assist in inspections, troubleshoot, and perform repairs on tractors and trailers, including engine, transmission, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Service and repair refrigeration units and perform welding and construction tasks as needed.
• Assist on road service trips, maintain logs, and keep work areas clean.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, ensuring equipment security and completing paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 6-12 months of training or experience in truck/automotive maintenance, including reading drawings, specifications, and using diagnostic equipment.
