• Hourly rate: $20.00
• Work schedule: 4-day work week, Sunday - Wednesday, 4:30am - 3:00pm
• Benefits starting Day 1, including uniforms and safety boots

Job Description

Assist in troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and modifying company vehicles and equipment, including tractors, trailers, and refrigeration units. Perform safety checks, routine repairs, and assist with road service and preventative maintenance, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Communicate professionally with team members and perform any duties that support the company's operations.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedules, perform safety checks, and prepare for operations.
• Assist with scheduled inspections and repairs of tractors and trailers, including engine, transmission, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Support refrigeration repairs, engine repairs, and leak repairs.
• Operate welding equipment for repairs and construction.
• Assist on road service trips, maintain logs and records, and keep the work area organized.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, including equipment security and housekeeping.

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. 6-12 months of training or experience in truck/automotive maintenance, including reading drawings, specifications, and using diagnostic tools.
