Job summary
CTI, Inc. is seeking full-time Diesel Mechanics to join our fleet maintenance team in Laveen, AZ. This position offers hourly pay from $22.00 to $28.00 per hour DOE, with additional pay for certified welders and CDL holders.
Enjoy benefits including a $300 quarterly safety bonus, boot reimbursements, and a day shift. Our company operates across Arizona, Utah, and New Mexico with a long history since 1930.
Qualifications
- Flexible hours and shift requirements as needed.
- Ongoing overtime may be required based on workload.
- Valid driver license and clean driving record preferred.
- Ability to perform basic tasks and learn on the job.
Responsibilities
- Commitment to working safely at all times.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment following OSHA/EPA rules.
- Assist in maintenance department activities as needed.
- Operate mid-level mechanical tools and diagnose issues.
- Repair and service tractors, trailers, generators, and related equipment.
- Inspect for structural integrity and safety concerns.
- Enter parts and maintenance data into software systems.
- Provide lube/tire services and assist with service calls.
