Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in diesel mechanics or fleet maintenance.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and operate company vehicles.

Job description

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking to hire several Diesel Mechanics / Fleet Technicians A to perform repairs and maintenance on tractor and trailer equipment at our Martin Brower shop in Coatesville, PA.

Shifts Available:

1. Wednesday-Saturday 5:00am - 3:30pm
2. Monday - Friday 1:00pm - 9:30pm
3. Sunday-Wednesday OR Tuesday-Friday 2:00pm - 12:30am

Pay: $35.00-$41.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications

Position Responsibilities:

• Repair, maintain, and overhaul fleet diesel equipment, including diagnostics and rebuilding of clutches and brake systems
• Complete documentation for work orders using the online AssetWorks system
• Operate a company vehicle for roadside diagnosis and repairs
• Ensure equipment has proper licensing and registration for roadworthiness
• Install, replace, and repair onboard computers (XRS or XataNet) and cameras (DriveCam)
• Adhere to safety policies and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of related experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, occasionally 100 pounds
• Valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles
• Own tools meeting minimum requirements

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Technical School Certification
