Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; relevant associate degree preferred.
• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy equipment.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction equipment in shop and field.
• Develop repair plans and manage parts using company systems.
• Prepare service reports, orders, and warranty documentation; ensure safety and quality.
