Linder Industrial Machinery Company is seeking skilled Heavy Equipment Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain construction equipment. Work in both shop and field environments as an authorized Komatsu dealer with extensive factory training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent hands-on training.
• Experience on construction, mining, agricultural, trucking, or heavy industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• CDL required but not always; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heavy construction equipment and related components.
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain repairs.
• Develop repair plans and determine parts, materials, and tooling.
• Complete repairs safely and efficiently while meeting quality standards.
• Prepare service reports, work orders, warranty documentation, and repair recommendations.
• Order and manage parts through company systems.
• Communicate repair status and findings with supervisors and customers.
• Maintain company vehicles, service trucks, tools, and equipment.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform shop and field service work as assigned.

What You'll Do

• Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not required

Preferred Experience

Experience working on:

• Komatsu or similar heavy equipment
• Hydraulic systems
• Electrical and electronic diagnostics
• Undercarriage, drivetrain, and powertrain systems
