As a Diesel Mechanic - Experienced (Service Tech IV), you'll perform maintenance and repairs of complex equipment with limited supervision in a highly skilled, safe, and professional manner. You will have opportunities for growth and leadership within our Service Department. Providing exceptional customer service is essential.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment, using independent judgment.
• Travel to customer sites for repairs/maintenance as needed; keep service vehicle clean and professional.
• Assist in training lower-level technicians.
• Maintain documentation of work performed accurately and timely.
• Assist with equipment and parts pick-up and delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• 5+ years of experience in repairing/maintaining equipment and tools.
• Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of tools.
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, schematics, and diagrams.
• Own tools applicable to the position.
• Strong customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs frequently.
