WIN Waste Innovations is seeking a Diesel Mechanic in Eliot, ME to repair and maintain our fleet under supervision. The role involves preventive maintenance, safety checks, service calls, and documenting repairs.

Qualified applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Experience at any level with diesel equipment is encouraged, and the company offers competitive benefits and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.

Responsabilités

• Performs preventive maintenance services
• Conducts safety checks on vehicles
• Performs service calls
• Reviews and completes repairs identified on Vehicle Condition Reports
• Assists Lead Mechanics as needed
• Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA and organizational standards
• Completes paperwork associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounts for applied times
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
• Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.
