Job summary
MasterTech in Leeds, AL is seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics to join our team. You will diagnose and repair diesel-powered equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and support shop operations with precision and quality workmanship.
The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a 6AM start, comprehensive benefits, PTO and sick/personal days, plus a quarterly bonus program and 401K matching. Prior welding/fabrication skills are a plus.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Diesel Mechanic experience in heavy equipment/oilfield/ automotive settings.
- Foundational knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
- Experience with OEM diagnostic software or scanners.
