Hours and Location

Monday – Friday, 2:30 p.m. to midnight. No weekends. Work at the repair/maintenance shop at our Lincoln, AL hauling site.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment.
• Estimate time and material costs for repairs and new parts.
• Perform work within standard labor repair times (SRTs).
• Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns.
• Conduct safety checks on vehicles to ensure employee and community safety.
• Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and repair times.
• Assist senior mechanics with project work.
• Review, complete, or assign repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with corporate/OSHA standards and established safety procedures.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen and physical.

Physical Demands

Expected base pay range: $27–$33 per hour. The final salary may vary based on experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
