Job summary

Mechanics Hub in Crowley, Texas, is seeking a skilled technician with 5+ years of medium to heavy truck repair experience, emphasizing diagnostics and electrical systems to join our established shop.

You will diagnose, repair, and test vehicles, participate in on-site road calls, and collaborate with the Lead Technician to maintain safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in medium/heavy truck repair.
• Strong diagnostics and electrical systems knowledge on diesel equipment.
• Own of recommended hand tools; CDL preferred (training available).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair truck systems including steering, electrical, cooling, braking, and drivetrain.
• Perform test drives to verify repairs and address issues.
• Secure inspections and approvals for major repairs prior to vehicle release.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace per safety standards.
• Identify and report additional maintenance needs during repairs.
• Log time, parts, and services accurately for each job.
• Respond to road calls to provide on-site repairs when needed.
• Collaborate with Lead Technician to address unsafe conditions.
