Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a mechanic with an emphasis on diesel engines and/or commercial motor vehicles.
• Knowledge of diagnostic testing on vehicles and engines.
• Electrical (wiring) knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles and commercial motor vehicles.
• Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles and commercial motor vehicles.
• Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles.

Skills

Proficiency with maintenance and repair tools

Highly organized and able to multitask

Attention to detail

Good computer skills

Ability to adapt and learn new technology

Education

Certified Diesel Tech preferred

A/C Certified preferred
