Job summary

Bobcat of Houston - Pearland is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to service Bobcat equipment, including diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance. The role requires diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical issues and delivering timely, quality solutions.

The position operates Monday through Friday during daytime hours with a pay rate of $24-$40 per hour depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 year technical school preferred.
• 1-year fleet or dealership experience in a diesel shop required; 3-5 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality repair services on construction equipment.
• Perform basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on equipment.
• Identify problems with mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems and implement solutions.
• Participate in Service Training for skill development.
• Document repairs and testing for customer and warranty repairs.
• Other duties as assigned by Service Supervisor/management.
