Job summary

Hader Solutions seeks a skilled heavy-duty diesel technician to operate, repair, and maintain diesel refuse trucks and equipment. The role includes daily inspections, diagnosing issues, and performing repairs to keep fleet vehicles safe and reliable.

Job description

Role: Operate, repair, rebuild, and maintain heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment to ensure safe operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections, diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and complete repairs on diesel refuse trucks.
• Repair and troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, brake, suspension, PTO systems, and other truck components.
• Diagnose mechanical issues to ensure trucks operate safely and reliably.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs to keep fleet vehicles ready for daily use.

• Mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills for heavy-duty diesel trucks and systems.
• Ability to perform inspections, diagnose issues, and execute repairs efficiently.

Additional Information: The role offers a starting pay up to $29/hr, with pay increases based on experience and qualifications. Shift is from 10am-8/8:30pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime after 40 hours. Benefits include PTO, tool allowance, boot reimbursement, health benefits, and 401K.
