Job summary

WMH Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support Honda Manufacturing in Talladega, Alabama. This dedicated-site position keeps you inside the Honda facility with a Monday–Friday schedule and 4:00 PM–12:30 AM shift, offering a $25–$30+ hourly range plus a $1.00/hour differential.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance, diagnose failures, and keep production moving while receiving solid benefits and training.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical repair experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work 2nd Shift.
• Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of industrial equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Diagnose equipment failures quickly and document repairs and labor.
• Communicate repair recommendations professionally to minimize downtime.

WMH Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician to support Honda Manufacturing in Talladega, Alabama.

This is a dedicated-site position, meaning you'll work inside the Honda manufacturing facility each day—no traveling from customer to customer, no overnight travel, and you'll be home every night.

Whether your experience comes from forklifts, diesel, automotive, heavy equipment, industrial maintenance, fleet maintenance, agricultural equipment, construction equipment, or plant maintenance, we want to hear from you.

If you can diagnose equipment, solve problems, and take pride in quality repairs, we'll provide the training to help you succeed.

Earn $25–$30+/hour based on experience

• Perform preventative maintenance
