Job summary

MasterTech in Streator, IL is seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics to join our on-site maintenance team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in diesel, heavy equipment, or related fields and a solid working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems used in field service and shop environments.

Starting pay is $30.00–$45.00 per hour with quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, PTO and sick/personal days, and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic or in a related field (heavy equipment, oilfield, automotive, etc.).
• Foundational knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with OEM diagnostic software or other scanners.
• Welding and fabrication experience is preferred.

MasterTech is on the search for experienced Diesel Mechanics in Streator, IL.

Compensation:

• $30.00 - $45.00/hour to start based on experience.
• Quarterly bonuses of around 6% of annual base pay.
• Comprehensive benefits program including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Shift Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 6AM-8AM start time.
