Job summary

Titan Machinery is seeking a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel equipment, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

You will communicate findings and timelines to customers and teams, participate in ongoing training, and uphold safety and compliance in all tasks. This full-time role requires own tools and the ability to travel for offsite training as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology
• Ability to travel to offsite training facilities as needed
• Must have own tools
• Keen attention to detail, high initiative, and ability to work independently
• Exceptional documentation and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition diesel machinery per manufacturer specs
• Document findings and communicate timelines clearly with service manager, team, and customers
• Engage in ongoing technical training to maintain product knowledge and service capabilities

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service for diesel machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship
• Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service
• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities. Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability
• Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments
