TNT Services is seeking a full-time Diesel Mechanic at our Sharonville, Ohio location. The role offers a path for growth into a Shop Lead role, with starting pay up to $35.00/hour based on level and experience. Work hours are typically Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with some flexibility.
You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain fleet vehicles and equipment. Ideal candidates are energetic, dependable, and capable of leading others as needed.
TNT needs a full-time Mechanic to help maintain our growing fleet inventory. As one of the fastest-growing companies in the Midwest, TNT needs a full-time mechanic for our Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, with flexibility in the start and end time; at our Sharonville, Ohio location.
This position offers an opportunity for career growth into a Shop Lead role. As TNT continues to grow its fleet and expand its operations, we are looking for mechanics who want to develop their skills, take on additional responsibility, and grow with the company. Employees who demonstrate strong mechanical abilities, leadership, dependability, sound judgment, and the ability to help lead and support other technicians may have the opportunity to advance into a Shop Lead position. We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job and is interested in building a long-term career with TNT.
Hourly rate will be based on level and experience.
Level 1- up to $22.00 per hour. The applicant is new to the industry, but has general knowledge of small engine repairs.
Level 2 - up to $28.00 per hour. The applicant understands small engines with gas or diesel but needs to be stronger in both. Can perform essential preventative maintenance and troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues. This is an excellent opportunity for those wanting to grow to the next level.
Level 3 - up to $35.00 per hour. The applicant has a good understanding and experience of both small engines with gas and diesel. Demonstrates all skills needed as well as advanced diesel tech classification.

The physical demands described here must be met to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. The technician must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this seat include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
