As a Diesel Mechanic – Customer Equipment Solutions (Service Tech III - CES), you'll perform maintenance and complex repairs on customer-owned equipment safely and professionally. You will have opportunities to improve, challenge yourself, and advance to higher Service Technician and leadership roles. Providing exceptional customer service is a key part of your role.

What You'll Do

• Perform safe maintenance and repairs on complex customer-owned equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Maintain documentation of work performed (work orders) accurately and promptly
• Upsell and demonstrate a wide range of equipment to customers
• Travel to customer sites for repairs/maintenance when required; keep service vehicle clean and professional
• Assist with equipment and parts pickup and delivery
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• 3-5 years of experience in repairing/maintaining equipment and tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools
• Knowledge of construction equipment and engines
• Own tools applicable to the position
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs frequently
