Benefits & Compensation

• Hourly Pay: $25.50 per hour
• Certification Bonus: $100 per new ASE Certification, up to $700
• Quarterly Bonus: Up to $500 every quarter
• Sign-On Bonus: $1250 at 30 days and $1250 at 90 days
• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
• Hours: Second shift, Tuesday to Friday 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, Saturday 6:30 am - 3:00 pm

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Vocational or technical certifications preferred
• Basic tools required
• Experience in mechanical repair of automotive gas/diesel engines, including routine maintenance
• Two or more years of related experience or training preferred
• Valid CDL Class A preferred

Note: You must be able to drive Ryder vehicles and obtain a CDL within 6 months of hire, passing all required tests and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
• Diagnose mechanical/electronic issues using diagnostic tools
• Identify root causes and perform repairs
• Replace defective components
• Assist with facility maintenance
• Interact with customers/drivers to determine issues
• Utilize shop management systems and documentation
• Follow safety and compliance guidelines
• Support operational duties as needed
