Qualifications

• 3+ years of Diesel Maintenance experience required.
• Must possess a valid Commercial Driver's License with airbrake endorsements.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on transit vehicles.
• Inspect and diagnose mechanical issues on assigned vehicles.

We are Now Hiring a Diesel Mechanic in Concord, NC!

Responsibilities:

1. Perform transit vehicle maintenance in compliance with company standards
2. Inspect, diagnose, service and/or repair all assigned transit vehicles and mechanical equipment
3. Ensure accurate upgrades and/or modifications on coach systems, road calls, and on-the-road repairs as needed
4. Read and interpret safety documents, blue-prints, schematics, and other mechanical diagrams.
5. Coach and monitor team members
6. Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. 21 years or older
2. High School diploma, GED or equivalent
3. Valid Commercial Driver's License Class A or B with airbrake endorsements
4. A clean driving record.
5. 3+ years of Diesel Maintenance experience
6. Appropriate Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and drug test.
