Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks as directed by supervisor
• Maintain dependability in attendance and work completion
• Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment, perform preventive maintenance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Keep accurate records of services and repairs
• Perform DOT maintenance on road tractors and trailers

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand for extended periods in various weather conditions
• Teamwork, strong work ethic, attention to detail
• Overtime flexibility
• Physical activities including pulling, reaching, bending, climbing, kneeling
• Experience with hydraulics/pneumatics, wiring, heavy equipment
• Ability to read technical documents and diagrams
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Welding, cutting, fabrication skills
• Electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
• DOT and AC 609 certification preferred

Education

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
