About the Role

As a Diesel Mechanic (Service Tech II), you'll perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs of equipment in a safe and professional manner. This role offers opportunities for growth into higher-level Tech roles within our Service Department. You will also provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repairs involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
  2. Maintain documentation of work performed (work orders) accurately and timely.
  3. Demonstrate equipment to customers.
  4. Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  5. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  1. High School diploma or equivalent.
  2. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  3. 1-2 years of experience in vehicle and equipment repair/maintenance or trade school graduate.
  4. Own tools applicable to the position.
  5. Basic understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  6. Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
  7. Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs frequently.
