• High school diploma/GED required with previous experience on heavy-duty diesel trucks.
• ASE Certification in PM, Brakes, A/C, Electrical preferred.

Job description

Wage: $25-$30/hr, depending on experience

Hours: 1st shift, 8:00am-5:00pm, Overtime as needed

Essential Functions

• Diagnosing and repairing
• Providing guidance on triage to determine best solutions for repair
• Performing general and detailed repair and installations of all trucks, engines, and components
• Operating diagnostic test equipment proficiently
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience performing maintenance on heavy-duty diesel trucks
• ASE Certification in PM, Brakes, A/C, Electrical, Electronics and/or ASE Master Mechanic preferred
• Trailer repair history preferred
• High school diploma/GED required
• Valid driver’s license, CDL preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Works well independently and with others
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and stand
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License (CDL Preferred)
• Previous experience as a technician working on heavy-duty diesel trucks

Preferred Education and Experience

• ASE Certification in PM, Brakes, A/C, Electrical, Electronics and/or ASE Master Mechanic preferred
• Trailer repair history preferred
