Job summary

NRT Bus, Inc. is seeking an experienced auto mechanic to diagnose and repair vehicles and equipment for our passenger transport fleet.

You will assess condition, perform routine inspections, and prepare quotes and estimates for repairs, ensuring accurate logs of all work performed. In this role, you will liaise with clients and drivers to determine requirements, adhere to safety policies, and maintain garage tools and equipment.

Qualifications

• One year of mechanic experience.
• High school diploma.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Assess vehicles and diagnose issues.
• Liaise with clients and drivers to determine requirements and communicate vehicular problems.
• Provide routine inspections and inform clients of issues.
• Prepare quotes and work estimates as requested.
• Keep an accurate log of all work performed.
• Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools; adhere to safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibility Profile:

• Liaise with clients and drivers to determine their automotive requirements and communicate vehicular defects or problems.
• Provide routine inspections of vehicles and inform clients of any issues.
• Prepare quotes and work estimates as requested.
• Keep an accurate log of all work performed.

• Maintain and clean garage equipment and tools to ensure they are always kept in a safe and usable condition.
• Adhere to company work safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Pay range: $25-$35/hour depending on experience
