Titan Machinery in Iowa is seeking a Case IH Diesel Mechanic to diagnose, repair, and maintain diesel equipment with precision and efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years of related experience or an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology, own tools, and willingness to travel for training, alongside strong documentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree in Diesel Equipment Technology or related program.
• Own tools and ability to travel to offsite training facilities as needed.
• Keen attention to detail with initiative and ability to work independently.
• Excellent documentation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and recondition diesel equipment per manufacturer specifications with high quality workmanship.
• Document findings, repair needs, and timelines; communicate with Service Manager, team and customers.
• Participate in ongoing professional training to maintain product knowledge and service capabilities; identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work.

Join the Titan Machinery team as a Case IH Diesel Mechanic and leverage your expertise to deliver exceptional service for diesel machinery diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnostic, Repair, and Technical Expertise: Perform accurate diagnosis, repair, and reconditioning of machine systems and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications, ensuring high-quality and efficient workmanship


• Documentation and Communication: Communicate findings, repair needs, and expected timelines clearly and professionally with the Service Manager, service team, and customers while providing timely and courteous service


• Technical Development and Customer Focus: Participate in ongoing professional and technical training to maintain current product knowledge and service capabilities. Identify customer service opportunities and recommend solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and support department profitability


• Safety and Compliance:Follow all safety rules, policies, and regulations while performing work assignments
