As a Service Tech III, you will perform maintenance and repairs on complex equipment, ensuring safety and professionalism. This role offers opportunities for growth into higher technician and leadership roles, with an emphasis on exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe maintenance and repair of rental equipment involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems.
• Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
• Travel to customer sites for repairs when required, maintaining a clean and professional service vehicle.
• Assist with equipment and parts pickup and delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable record.
• 3-5 years of experience in equipment repair and maintenance.
• Advanced mechanical skills and knowledge of tools.
• Strong understanding of engines.
• Own tools applicable to the position.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to lift items up to 45 lbs. frequently.
