Job summary

Bright FSM is seeking a Diesel Mechanic in Minnesota to join our team. We welcome experienced diesel technicians with a background in medium/heavy duty diesel and a knack for diagnosing and repairing both mechanical and newer truck technology.

You will perform preventative maintenance on diesel engines, brakes, and transmissions, weld or fabricate as needed, and prepare work orders while keeping a clean, safe workplace. Valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Experience with medium/high‑duty diesel equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate service vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues in medium and heavy duty diesel engines.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulics, brakes, transmission, steering and other systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Weld or fabricate on trailers and other equipment as needed.
• Prepare work orders and order parts.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace.

Diesel Mechanic

Bright FSM is a family owned business seeking a Diesel Mechanic to join our team. We are currently taking resumes for experienced diesel technicians. Background in medium/heavy duty diesel. While this role focuses on diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, our ideal candidate is also comfortable working as a technician who can diagnose and repair technology issues in newer trucks. In addition to making repairs, you will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance on diesel engines, brakes, transmission, and other systems. Applicants need a valid driver's license.
