Kirk NationaLease in Marysville, OH is seeking a Diesel Mechanic for our full-service shop. We hire experienced diesel/trailer mechanics who take pride in their work and want to grow with a company that values its people.

We offer a competitive pay range of $25–$35 per hour, weekly pay, a $1,000 sign-on bonus, referrals, and a suite of benefits including health insurance and 401(k) with company match. CDL is preferred but not required, and the role is a day shift, M-F, 40 hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years diesel mechanic experience required.
• 2+ years trailer repair preferred.
• CDL preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with diagnostic equipment.
• Personal tools required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and light–moderate diesel repairs
• Diagnose and repair brakes, clutches, wheel seals, and other systems
• Conduct DOT inspections and ensure safety compliance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
